A tattoo has become the normal thing to see on someone. When you get a tattoo it’s done by inserting indelible ink into the different layers of the skin. Now if that sounds painful it is trust me I have both arms over ¾ sleeved and still going and also part of my back and both of my legs. As for most US Americans the norm back in the day say the 50’s the only people you would see with Tattoo’s were outlaw bikers and sailors. When they would come back from fighting over sea’s they would get a tattoo to show recognition and also it made them stand out. Well take a walk down to Venice beach California and over half the people walking around on the board walk has tattoos. It’s become a trend now to have tattoos, it’s almost like your not cool if you don’t, know sure why that is it’s silly.

I remember wanting a tattoo so bad I could not wait till my 18 birthday I was so excited when that day came. I was really into this punk band little voodoo doll logo that they put on all their album covers. I remember I was so nervous when that day came that I was able to go down, and get that first tattoo. I was not sure how it was going to look and how bad it was going to hurt.
